Safety reception is an important step in the process of integrating a newcomer into a company. In order to reinforce this step and the safety message that accompanies it, the safety coordinator and the management team of the Castmetal Colombier site have decided to set up a Safety-Box.
This room specially dedicated to employee safety training derives all its originality from a design that facilitates interactivity and playful appropriation of essential safety messages.
Promoting thematic workshops such as traffic rules, the use of PPE, risk hunting, emergency procedures or waste sorting, the Safety Box helps to become aware of the consequences of everyone’s actions via situations that allow you to think better and therefore to take control of all daily actions in the exercise of your work!
