Anticipating the future,

By emphasizing work-study programs and recruitments for the under 25 on French sites, Safe Metal intends to respond to the job/training challenges of the world of tomorrow.

To support the economic recovery, the human resources department of Safe Metal has taken the initiative of a recruitment campaign aimed at young people.

Sixteen young people were recruited locally, with the support of the human resources teams of the various Safe Metal sites, for the preparation of work-study diplomas at technician/engineer level:

An initiative that is part of an investment approach in human capital to promote access to employment by acquiring recognized professional experience while validating a diploma. The challenge is also to train new professionals and create a pool of future talents for the company. A contract is win-win, provided you prepare it. This was the objective of the integration course, which was organized for the occasion over a day in Lyon.
